UTP rotary lobe pump is the introduction of our company, digestion of foreign advanced technology
design and manufacture of double-rotor positive displacement pump. Operating principle
The rotor pump in the driving shaft driven by two synchronous reverse rotation of the rotor (the
number of cotyledons for 2~8 leaves) in the process of rotation at the inlet volume becomes larger to produce suction (vacuum),
suction materials, in the pump outlet volume becomes smaller, the material out from out pressure out, to achieve the conveying of
materials. The mechanical energy input by the main shaft of the pump is converted into the pressure energy of the conveyed fluid
through the pump. The flow rate of the pump depends on the volume value of the working chamber and its speed, and (theoretically)
has nothing to do with the discharge pressure.

Rotor introduction
(1) Two-lobe rotor: Suitable for materials with viscosity over 8000cp, poor fluidity, and small and medium-sized particles.
(2) Three-bladed rotor: Dynamic balance and quiet
performance is excellent, equipped with this form of rotor pump in the work of
various performance balance, suitable for conveying a wide range of materials. This type of rotor is by far the most widely used.
(3) Leafy rotor: This type of rotor is usually used for low speed, small flow; high requirement of pressure with flow and output stability.

Seal Introduction
Seal type: Mechanical seal 
Seal configuration: Conventional mechanical seal; Water cooling mechanical seal; Oillubrication mechanical seal; double mechanical seal.
Material: hard alloy, silicon carbide, graphite, etc.
Seal O ring material: Nitrile rubber, fluorine rubber, fluorine rubber, fluorine rubber, etc.
Note: special conditions can be equipped with packing seal.
